Why should I sign up? Can I shop without signing up?

You must create a new account for the Artshop. For shopping, you must sign in to your account. You must sign in to can track your orders or be able to contact you when necessary.

Should I update my account information?

Since all up-to-date information about your order will be shared via the contact information you registered while creating your account, it is recommended to update this information in case of changes.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Your new password will be sent to your e-mail address if you enter your e-mail address for which you have created a subscription to our system and click on the "I forgot my password" button.

Can the product I buy from Artshop be gift-wrapped?

Yes, you can choose the gift wrap option when ordering.

Can I access Artshop from mobile devices?

Yes, you can access and shop from mobile devices.

How can I be informed about the special offers in Artshop?

When you subscribe to the e-newsletter, you can be informed about special offers.

Can prices vary on different sales channels

The prices of Pera Museum Artshop products are valid as listed on https://artshop.peramuseum.org/ Our prices may not include shipping fees or other additional charges. We reserve the right to modify our prices, but any changes will not affect your existing orders. Pera Museum Artshop is not responsible for the prices listed on different websites or social media.

 

Payment

How do I make the payment? What are my payment options?

You can make the payment with Visa, MasterCard credit cards, or by wire transfer/eft.

Can I make the payment at the door while receiving the products?

We do not have a payment option at the door.

How can I use campaign and discount codes?

You must write the campaign and discount codes in the relevant field during the order process. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied

 

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Shipments are delivered within an estimated 15 business days.

Which company will be delivered my order?

Your order is delivered by DHL.

What should I do if my order cannot be delivered to me?

 Can I cancel my order from Artshop?

Yes, you can cancel your order from the Order Information section.

 

Returns and Return Policy

What is the Return Policy?

For returns, you can send an e-mail to art.shop@peramuzesi.org.tr or you can reach Pera Museum Artshop by calling 0 212 334 99 00. Jewelry and accessories are cannot be returned or exchanged.
